Residential customers are issued an invoice at time of service. But don’t worry, we have available financing options if you need to stretch that payment out over time, and we strive to keep pricing affordable for our customers.

Commercial customers will also be issued an invoice at time of service, payable upon completion unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement before services are rendered.

Service calls will vary in price depending on the nature of the issue. Service calls performed during normal business hours between 8am and 5pm will be charged at our standard rate of $115 per technician per hour. We are open nights, weekends and holidays those services are billed at $172.50 per technician per hour. Other service fees may be applicable depending on the location, time and materials required.

We proudly serve the West Texas community, but we do travel anywhere in the state of Texas and boy do we love to travel.

Trips inside of the Lubbock metro area are subject to standard truck charges.

Trips to the surrounding towns like Brownfield, Levelland, Abernathy, Ransom Canyon, and beyond are charged at our service rate.

The short answer is no.

Customer supplied equipment carries an additional liability of being incorrectly sized or ill-equipped to do the intended job.

Often materials available for non-licensed individuals are sold on the secondhand market or are not under warranty, opening our customers up to unnecessary headaches down the line.
